Embercraft

Your own empire in a galaxy shared with others

In the multiplayer space game Embercraft, every commander develops their own planets. Cooperation gives those individual plans a wider purpose: discuss a target, arrange a useful trade or prepare an alliance station expedition.

Find an alliance with compatible goals

Read alliance profiles before submitting an application. Ask about goals, usual availability and the preferred language for communication. Once you join, alliance chat provides a place to share information and ask questions. Your empire remains your own, with separate construction projects and reserves. The group helps connect those individual plans. Start with an activity you can actually support, and agree on expectations before assuming that every member can join an operation at the same time.

Use trade to solve a specific shortage

Another commander may have the resource your next project is missing. The player market includes offers for resources and ships. Check the quantities, requested payment and displayed conditions before accepting a trade, then compare that cost with the needs of your own planet. Alliance membership does not automatically pool everyone’s reserves. A useful exchange supports a clear goal without leaving your research, installations or next journey short of materials. Discuss what you need before choosing an offer.

Plan the operation before committing ships

Share a concrete objective, available intelligence and proposed timing. Reconnaissance, the combat simulator and previous reports help your partners discuss likely risks. Abandoned stations offer an alliance mode, where participants prepare their forces and confirm readiness under the conditions shown in the game. Committed ships cannot also support another project during that operation. Review your current missions before promising a contribution. Coordination makes your preparation more informed, but it does not guarantee victory or remove the possibility of losing ships in combat.

Make room for diplomacy and your own schedule

Relations between alliances can involve agreements or wars. Review their status before acting against another commander. You can also develop your economy and fight hostile bases or abandoned stations without making every mission a player attack. Conflict with other players remains possible. Journeys and construction continue after you close the browser tab, so prepare for your next visit. Tell partners when you expect to return, and follow a schedule that fits your availability.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an alliance when I register?

No. Start with your planet and discover missions independently. Join an alliance for the activities you want to share.

Does each language have its own universe?

No. Language changes the interface, without creating a separate galaxy or a server for each country.

Will an alliance prevent every attack?

No. Cooperation and diplomacy do not make your planets invulnerable. Check the conditions and risks of your missions.
